Hello.

I'm Debra Caffrey

I began my career in financial services as a Trust Officer at a local bank 35+ years ago. I left banking and went into financial planning and investing as an advisor with Waddell and Reed in 2007, moving to LPL Financial in 2021. At that time, I founded Rolling Plains Financial. I hold the CPA and CFP® designations.

I believe that professional financial planning and advice is life changing. I am committed to understanding my clients’ whole life, so my team and I can develop personalized strategies designed with a goal to work for them. My focus is their success now and into the future.

My clientele ranges from individual families, professionals and business owners to retirees and professionals who want to preserve and/or protect their wealth.

I live in Hutchinson, Kansas with my husband, Rick, and our Mastiff, Lily and Great Dane, Rose. I am a board member at Reins of Hope and am active in the community and with my church. I spend as much time as possible with my two granddaughters, Clara and Charlotte in Moab, Utah.
